You have never been outside before. EVER. Go outside with this beginner’s mind and experience everything new as if you are discovering it for the first time. You may not make it past opening your front door!!
Adventure: Find a feather
Set off on an adventure to find a feather. This can be only in your backyard in which case you might need to look deeply in every crevice and tree nook of your yard. Or you can walk around checking out the bases of trees or other areas where birds are likely to hang out. When you find your feather, can you guess which bird it came from or how that feather landed where you found it?
